John O'Nolan	aee9f69bb0	Refactor headings, quotes and margins, mobile improvements A few people commented how pull-quote styling is odd for blockquotes. I agree. This reverts casper to use more traditional blockquote styling, but maintains the special pullquote styling now over on the H5 element.
